THE NEW HOTEL OF THE GROUPE PVG
Ideally located at the entrance to the old town of Annecy and facing the lake, this project is set up in Les Trésums, in the heart of the program "The Avant-Scène", imagined and designed by the French architect, Christian de Portzamparc.
Erected in the old building of the hospital, now classified as historical heritage, it is completed by an extension that will perfectly combine history and modernity.
The hotel aims at 4 stars, will deploy over more than 4,000 m² in order to accommodate 95 rooms and 6 suites, 5 seminar rooms but also 1 restaurant with a large terrace whose view will offer an incredible panorama of the lake Annecy and the mountains.
A PRIMALITY PLAC EFOR THE ENVIRONMENT
The environment occupy a prime place in this new project! Indeed, an innovative device allow heating and geothermal air conditioning to be provided by a water loop created directly in the lake! A great first since it is the only water loop built in a lake in France. Eventually, it is also later feed other structures such as the pool Les Marquisats.
The hotel has a mission to educate its customers about energy consumption from their arrival in reception.
But the Groupe PVG doesn’t stop there in its fight for ecology by announcing joining the nonprofit organization 1% for the Planet and pledging to donate 1% of the turnover of its new hotel to approved environmental associations. The hotel becomes the first hotel member of the collective and hopes to open the way to other candidates.
