Our establishments and chefs are rewarded for their authentic and traditional cuisine. The Imperial Palace, Au Coeur du Village, Beauregard and Le Bistro were awarded the title of Maître Restaurateur in 2014 and 2015. Our chefs are in the spotlight in our restaurants and we are proud of their work and their know-how make.
