La Brasserie will be sporting the colours of Morocco

Morocco settles in La Brasserie at the Imperial Palace Annecy from Wednesday 3rd to Sunday 14th of May 2017. On this special occasion, come here to discover the unique dishes of the Moroccan gastronomy.

Moroccan gastronomy, an appeal to your senses.

Classified in 2015 at as the second best cuisine in the world, Moroccan gastronomy well represents the country, hot, generous, colourful, subtle and perfumed, by offering a large diversity to the different plates with all the influences: Berber, Arabian, Andalusia and Oriental...

Famous for its spices and various flavour, Moroccan cuisine arises a perfect ancestral know-how which handed down through generations and make Morocco one of the most visited destination in North Africa for its gastronomy.

Famous meals with refined and subtle taste

Meals coming from Moroccan gastronomy are generally a mixture between salt and sugar.

The “Harira, a soup with dry vegetables, tomatoes and meat. When it comes to tasting, you can add some lemon juice. The meal can also be served with dates.

Salads, usually as a starter, a large and various choices are proposed. A salad with tomatoes and grilled peppers, orange blossomed carrots, artichokes, courgettes, eggplants...

The traditional Tajine with chicken, lamb, beef... There are a plenty of variation.

And to end the meal, Moroccan pastries such as gazelle hornsn, sfenjs or almonds  or honey briouts.

For the occasion, La Brasserie will be sporting the colours of Morocco. Carpet, lanterns, and other oriental fabrics, and don’t forget the traditional crockery with Moorish motif.

Our chef Toufik and all his team will propose an authentic cuisine that will bring you in the streets of Marrakech for a while. And to make it even more realistic, an oriental dancer will be there on Fridays and Saturdays.
