Last October, Groupe PVG once again joined forces with the HOPE Association as part of the global Pink October campaign dedicated to the fight against breast cancer.

The HOPE Association: a precious source of support for women

Created to support women affected by cancer, the HOPE Association plays a key role in their recovery journey. Beyond raising awareness and promoting screening, HOPE offers comprehensive support that includes psychological assistance, emotional care, and well-being workshops. It also organises relaxation sessions, support groups, and post-treatment fitness programmes to help women rebuild their confidence and strength after illness.

The association is committed to helping women regain their dignity and hope during this difficult time. Every gesture, whether a financial contribution or a simple act of kindness, plays a vital role in helping them restore balance and serenity.

Groupe PVG’s commitments for Pink October

To support this meaningful cause, Groupe PVG implemented several solidarity initiatives throughout the month of October:

Cristal Spa: well-being in the name of solidarity

Throughout October, every treatment carried out or purchased at Cristal Spa Annecy and Cristal Spa Beauregard contributed €10 to the HOPE Association. By enjoying a relaxing massage or a revitalising facial, clients directly supported the association’s actions, helping women and their families throughout their battle against cancer.

Hôtel Le Pélican: a stay that makes a difference

Located in Annecy, the Hôtel Le Pélican also joined the collective effort. €1 was donated to HOPE for each stay booked during October. This simple gesture allowed every guest to take part in the campaign while enjoying a relaxing stay by Lake Annecy. Whether for a romantic getaway, a well-deserved break, or a family holiday, each booking helped make a real difference.

The Cedar Tree illuminated in pink: a powerful symbol

As a visible sign of solidarity and support, the Cedar Tree of Hôtel Le Pélican was illuminated in pink throughout the month of October. This emblematic tree became a luminous symbol of Groupe PVG’s commitment to the cause. The illumination helped raise awareness among passers-by and reminded everyone of the importance of early breast cancer screening.
