A record-breaking edition
The 17th edition set new records: a total of €873,416 was raised, surpassing the previous record in 2023. Most of the funds will be donated to the Chambéry-based association Ma Chance Moi Aussi, which supports children from families facing educational difficulties, as well as to other organisations working for children.
24 hours of skiing and solidarity
Over 24 hours, 1,276 participants in 137 teams took turns skiing down the Charmieux piste to cover as much distance as possible. By the end of the event, nearly 14,900 runs had been completed, equivalent to about 30,000 km.
The night was lively with concerts, including a charity concert with DJ Feder, and some children supported by the association even took the stage, creating a unique and moving moment. Around 400 volunteers helped organise the event, and the fundraising target of €864,000 was exceeded.
A cause to support
Since 2015, Ma Chance Moi Aussi has been supporting vulnerable children aged 6 to the end of middle school, offering additional educational, cultural, and civic support alongside school. The association helps children develop autonomy, unlock their potential, and become active and responsible citizens.
All donations collected during Glisse en Cœur go towards funding educational programmes and supporting the children’s success.
