The Pollet-Villard family, in 2013, acquired this exceptional hotel, marking its desire to build a balanced Group between lake and mountains.
It is the work of a father and his son to strive to restore to this establishment its luster and character of yesteryear by investing in valuable projects. Their wish is also to invite the Annecy people to reclaim the hotel, which in a century of existence tells the rich and romantic history of the Venice of the Alps.

The Imperial Palace already had many assets: sumptuous spaces, a splendid view, a refined restaurant, a lounge bar and bistro, a Casino... and a lifestyle.
Gaston and Olivier Pollet-Villard renovate everything to perfect the offer and bring their attention to detail for the well-being of their guests. Thus, they undertook a renovation, touch by touch of the establishment to compose a harmonious whole, revived by the flame of their enthusiasm.
